Arabic Return Policy:
At EazyShop4U, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns only for damaged or defective items, only within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are not available for NFC Contact Cards and QR Code Stands due to the nature of the product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at +966 53 716 4004 to report the issue and receive a return authorization.

Once your return is authorized, carefully package the item in its original packaging.

Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
Refunds:
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
